Start Your Day With Super Charged Oatmeal

Healthy living is easy if you know how. I want to start by sharing how I often start my day… with good old-fashioned oatmeal.
The “recipe” is as follows:
1/3 cup oatmeal
2/3 cup milk (almond milk, soy milk, 2% milk)
1 TBSP Ground Flax
1 tsp Chia Seed
1/2 banana
Microwave for 2 minutes and top with 1 TBSP of Concentrated Cherry Juice.
