We all tend to have our phones by our sides, most of the day. Use that phone for good! Below is a small but powerful list of my personal favorite apps. I use most of them on a daily basis. All of them within a week. I hope you enjoy these as much as I do.

As I work on the computer, I create a wonderful work environment. I usually have oils diffusing and nature sounds running in the background. It’s soothing and this video is over eight hours. It’s especially nice in winter. Search for others as well.

Heal Your Body is an easy step-by-step guide created by Louise Hay. Just look up your specific health challenge and you will find the probable cause for this health issue and the information you need to overcome it by creating a new thought pattern.
Great compilation of positive psychology findings. Harvard trained Shawn Achor is world renown and has one of the top 25 TED talks. This is well written and entertaining. He is one of the world’s leading experts on happiness, success, and potential.
