Meet Audrey Weidman
About Audrey
Audrey is more than a coach. She’s living proof that resilience, mindset, and inner healing can transform even the most overwhelming challenges. Her journey isn’t just inspiring, it’s personal.
The Wake-Up Call
Audrey’s first heart attack was a shock. On the outside, she checked all the “healthy” boxes: regular exercise, a clean diet, and no major risk factors. But beneath it all, her inner critic was silently running the show. The relentless voices of the overachiever, people-pleaser, and perfectionist constantly told her, “You’re not enough.” As a Type A personality, she pushed herself to the brink, unaware of the toll stress was taking.
The emotional aftermath was just as difficult. She cycled through grief, guilt, anger, and even shame, especially for scaring her family. Then, a friend said something that felt impossible to accept:
“One day, you’ll look back and be grateful for this.”
Those words stung. But in time, Audrey realized their truth. Even in hardship, there’s a gift and an opportunity, a door waiting to be opened.
The Turning Point
Instead of staying stuck in fear, Audrey chose empowerment. She took responsibility for her mental health, not with blame, but with the understanding that if thoughts could make her sick, they could also help her heal. She dove into learning, becoming a:
- Certified Stress Mastery Educator
- Certified Clear Beliefs Coach
- Positive Intelligence Coach
She shifted her mindset, replacing self-judgment with gratitude, patience, and self-kindness. And she found her mission, helping others navigate the mental and emotional side of heart attack recovery.
Another Test, Another Door
Seven years later, another heart attack struck. This time, it wasn’t stress, it was anger and loss of control. A tenant trashed her rental property, refused to pay rent, and manipulated the situation with lies. Despite all her training, Audrey allowed the situation to get the best of her.
She felt like an imposter. How could she help others manage stress when she had just let it get the best of her?
But then she remembered a powerful truth from Dr. Joe Dispenza:
“We all have great opportunities brilliantly disguised as impossible situations. And there’s always a door.”
This wasn’t a failure. It was another invitation to grow.
The Mission
Today, Audrey walks the path alongside her clients, using neuroscience, positive psychology, and deep inner work to help heart attack survivors reclaim balance in their lives. She knows the emotional rollercoaster that comes with surviving a life-threatening event because she’s been there. And she’s here to help others step into healing, resilience, and a life of purpose.
When she’s not coaching, you can find Audrey exploring national parks, traveling, creating culinary adventures in her kitchen, tending her garden, or playing with her rescue dog, Mickey.
Are you ready to open the door to your own transformation?
